Terms of Use
1. Private use
Rain VPS Backup is private infrastructure for the operator's own systems and Google account. It does not offer public registration, hosted storage, or services to third parties.
Rain VPS Backup 仅用于运营者自己的系统与 Google 账号，不提供公众注册、托管存储或第三方服务。
2. Authorized operation
The integration may access Google Drive only after the Google account owner grants OAuth consent. The owner is responsible for the VPS content selected for backup and for complying with applicable laws and Google policies.
只有在 Google 账号所有者完成 OAuth 授权后，本集成才会访问 Google Drive。所有者负责确保所备份内容及使用方式符合法律和 Google 政策。
3. Availability and backups
This private tool is provided as-is. Scheduled backups may fail because of connectivity, storage limits, credential revocation, service changes, or other operational conditions. Important data should have an independently tested restore path.
该私人工具按现状提供。网络、存储限制、凭据撤销或服务变更等因素都可能导致计划备份失败；重要数据应具备经过独立验证的恢复路径。
4. Access and termination
The Google account owner may revoke OAuth access at any time. The operator may also disable or remove the integration. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically delete backup archives already stored in Google Drive.
Google 账号所有者可随时撤销 OAuth 访问，运营者也可停用或删除该集成。撤销会停止后续访问，但不会自动删除 Google Drive 中已存在的备份文件。
5. Privacy
Use of Google data is governed by the Rain VPS Backup Privacy Policy.
