Privacy Policy
1. Scope and operator
Rain VPS Backup is a private, non-commercial integration operated by one individual for that same individual's VPS and Google account. It is not offered to the public.

2. Google data accessed
The integration uses Google OAuth and the Google Drive API to upload, list, download for restoration, and delete backup archives when directed by the owner's 1Panel configuration. Its current authorization is limited to basic identity information and Google Drive access; it does not request or use Google Photos access.
该集成通过 Google OAuth 和 Google Drive API，按所有者在 1Panel 中的设置上传、列出、恢复或删除备份文件。当前授权仅限基础身份信息与 Google Drive 访问，不申请或使用 Google Photos 权限。
3. Use and sharing
Google user data is used only to perform owner-requested backups and restores. It is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, used for personalized advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. No third party is authorized to operate this integration.

4. Storage and security
Backup archives are stored in the owner's Google Drive. OAuth client credentials and the refresh token are stored on the owner's access-controlled VPS by 1Panel. Connections to Google use HTTPS. Access is limited to the operator and is not intentionally disclosed to others.
备份文件保存在所有者自己的 Google 云端硬盘中；OAuth 客户端凭据和刷新令牌由 1Panel 保存在所有者受访问控制的 VPS 上；与 Google 的连接使用 HTTPS。
5. Retention and deletion
Backup retention is controlled by the owner in 1Panel. Older archives may be deleted automatically when the configured retention count is exceeded. The owner can delete archives directly, remove the 1Panel backup account, or revoke access from the Google Account's third-party connections page.
备份保留数量由所有者在 1Panel 中设置；超过数量时旧备份可能被自动删除。所有者可直接删除备份、移除 1Panel 备份账号，或在 Google 账号的第三方连接页面撤销访问。
6. Limited Use
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to the user-support address displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen. Material changes to this policy will be published at this URL with an updated date.
